Welcome to H&L Cleaning Co. By using our website or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Overview

H&L Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services in the Central Arkansas area. Our services include base cleaning packages, optional add-ons, and deep clean rotations as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

Booking & Scheduling

Services are booked through our online consultation form or by contacting us directly. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee a booking — all appointments are confirmed after a personalized consultation and walkthrough of your home.

• We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your consultation request
• Service days and times are scheduled based on mutual availability
• Recurring services (weekly) are scheduled on the same day each week unless otherwise arranged

Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after your personalized consultation and may vary based on home size, condition, and specific requirements.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
• A one-time service fee of $50 applies to non-recurring appointments
• A decluttering fee of $25 per 15 minutes may apply if excessive clutter prevents access to cleaning areas
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• 24–48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost may apply
• No-show / locked out: Full service cost will be charged if we arrive and are unable to access the home without prior notice

Property Access & Client Responsibilities

To ensure an effective and efficient cleaning, we ask that clients:

• Provide reliable access to the home on scheduled service days (key, code, or someone present)
• Secure or put away valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings before our arrival
• Ensure a safe working environment free of hazards
• Inform us of any pets, alarm systems, or special access instructions
• Notify us of any areas that should not be cleaned or require special care

Damage & Liability

We take great care with your home and belongings. In the unlikely event of damage:

• Please report any damage or concerns within 24 hours of the service
• We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured
• We will assess reported damage and work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at fair market value, not to exceed the cost of the service provided

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H&L Cleaning Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless H&L Cleaning Co., its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any misrepresentation made by you.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arkansas.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
